This is our first time managing a luxury building project.
The River Thu Thiem is currently known as one of the most high-class complexes within Ho Chi Minh City. It is here that our company will provide management services of a completely different calibre compared to those of previous apartment projects we have worked on. We aim to allow our customers to experience a 5-star-hotel lifestyle on a regular basis.
In order to ensure that our residents feel comfortable, safe and secure here, our company has taken part in a number of meetings and briefing sessions relating to management affairs with the Developers’ side since 5 months prior to the project’s completion. Therefore, we can safely say what sets us apart is that we provided consultation on management affairs even while the construction is still on-going. The project is set to be under our management starting from March 15th, 2022.
